01Eligibility

Membership in the Creator Network is open to individuals and entities who create original content and can authentically reach agriculture, rural-market or regional-language audiences.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and provide accurate contact and channel information at the time of application.

02Application and account

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Farmreach Technologies reviews each application and may approve, reject, or request further information at its discretion.

Approved creators are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.

03Creator responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Create original, authentic content that reflects their own voice and experience.
• Follow the campaign brief provided for each engagement, including deliverables and timelines.
• Comply with the Content Policy and all applicable disclosure and advertising requirements.
• Respect the brand guidelines supplied by the client for each campaign.
• Refrain from any conduct that misrepresents Farminsta, Farmreach, or a partner brand.

04Content ownership and licensing

Creators retain ownership of the content they produce. By submitting content as part of a campaign, the creator grants Farmreach Technologies and the relevant client a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purposes of the campaign and reasonable related promotional use, for the duration specified in the campaign brief.

Any extended or exclusive usage rights beyond the campaign brief require separate written agreement and, where applicable, separate compensation.

05Campaign participation

Campaign invitations, applications, and acceptances are managed through the creator dashboard. A creator who accepts a campaign is expected to complete it in accordance with the agreed brief and timeline, or to withdraw with reasonable notice.

Repeated non-delivery or late delivery without notice may affect a creator’s standing on the network.

06Prohibited conduct

Creators may not:

• Submit content that is misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes a third party’s rights.
• Make unverified or exaggerated claims about a product’s performance, yield, or safety.
• Use the network to solicit creators or brands for activity outside the platform in violation of these Terms.
• Share confidential campaign or client information outside the scope of the engagement.

07Suspension and termination

Farmreach Technologies may suspend or terminate a creator’s account for breach of these Terms, the Content Policy, or the Creator Payment & Compliance Policy, for fraud, or for conduct that harms the network or its brand partners.

A creator may close their account at any time by contacting connect@farminsta.com; campaigns already in progress must be completed or formally withdrawn from first.

08Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the creator and Farmreach Technologies; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
